I’ve completely reversed my leadership style—the result is so much richer and more powerful when you lead from behind and lead with strength. . Studying in tandem with working, whilst challenging, gave me the perfect platform to directly apply learning concepts into my business environment, the competitive landscape, and the real-estate industry as a whole. When I started the program, I was very happy in my corporate role. But my courage and aspirations grew to the point that I took on a whole new direction. In His ministry, Jesus commissioned the twelve disciple who would help spread the gospel and later become the witnesses of all the deeds that Jesus did in His life. After the death of Christ, the disciples were lost of hope. They did not know where to start and how to cope without Jesus. Soon after He had resurrected from the dead, Jesus appeared to them and lifted their hopelessness to a meaningful purpose. Jesus then commissioned the disciples to become bearers of the Gospel that Jesus had manifested in the world. Our being in Christ should not be for the sake of convenience only but also have a desire to have a life in God at all times whether there is a problem or not.
